(IMS) was founded in 1979. Today, there are two divisions: Publishing Services and Minerva Fundraising Services.  IMS is a privately held organization with offices in Toronto, New York, London and Goa, India. With over 200 employees in four countries, IMS services over 1,500 clients in the advertising, publishing, corporate and charitable sectors.
