As with our other products, we offer our clients a great deal of flexibility in our event management module. There is no limit to the number of individual participants, teams, sponsors or donors that can be tracked and managed in the Minerva event management module.

Running a small event and looking for a solid database system where you can create your events, store your event details, enter participant and donor data, process donations, create tax receipts and have access to a full set of reports? If your event is too much for you to handle within your organization because you have a large volume of hard copy event registration and donation forms to manage we can help too. Our professional service bureau staff members have years of experience managing a full range of services for clients who run high volume events.

In our PCI compliant facility we securely receive shipments of event forms and envelopes along with cheques and cash. We reconcile the funds received with the donation and registration forms and provide you with a detailed list of any exceptions that we work with you to reconcile. We enter participant and donor information into the database, deposit the funds to your bank account, and mail or email tax receipts to your donors – all in one fast and efficient process with a full audit trail.

These days registering online for events is a popular option for many participants who want to see their "fundraising grid" rise online as their fundraising total grows. We are able to interface our cloud-based system with your online peer-to-peer event registration module on a daily basis so that your participants will see their fundraising total grow in real time – even if their supporters don’t give online.

    Minerva doesn't currently offer an online peer-to-peer fundraising option where donors can log in and allocate their donation to a team or participant online. However, we can sync with your online peer-to-peer fundraising platform so your team and participant records are updated on a daily basis.
