Once your mail is at our offices, it under goes processes for opening, batching and data entry. We have over 50 dedicated full time staff who are data entry specialists. Our staff work on one or two clients, ensuring accuracy and all of your business rules are followed. All of our processes are audited in an Annual CICA 5970 Audit. Security is always our number one priority.
We also have capabilities for receiving electronic donations. This includes telemarketing, DRTV and face-to-face gifts. All of your electronic needs are transferred to us by using our secure FTP sites. Again, ensuring that none of your donors’ information is ever compromised – security is our number one priority.
