Our data was serviced by IMS through the Minerva database from 2005 until 2015, when we decided to switch over to an in-house database. The service rendered by IMS was done with excellence and up to our satisfaction. The cooperation extended by IMS during the database shift was highly commendable.

In late 2020 our organization required a new vendor to complete our fulfilment services within a severely short timeframe. Thankfully IMS was able to step in and demonstrate their decades of industry experience to meet our urgent need. They met with us as many times as necessary to ensure a quick and successful onboarding so we could minimize interruptions to our gift processing. During this time, they were flexible to tailor their services to meet our needs of remote work, and to fill gaps left by the limitations of our technology. Shortly after onboarding, we migrated to a new system and IMS quickly adapted to this new environment as well.

IMS has worked with Public Outreach since 2009 and is a vital part of our business processes. IMS has data entered hundreds of thousands of our donor records and has handled the payment information in a PCI compliant manner. IMS professionally handles the export of this data to our many clients in Canada and the US.

IMS manages our donor data file through their Minerva software and have been very open to customizing it for our needs. This has been very useful for our donor data analytics. We have also successfully developed a number of new services with IMS including outsourced gift processing services (caging), reprocessing and improving our inventory control using scanned QR codes.
